The SimpleX ELD is compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation 49 CFR part 395.22
regarding the automatic on-board recording devices. The SimpleX ELD including the mobile
app, connection and web dashboard must be used as instructed by the SimpleX ELD In-Cab
