Assembly Instructions
-Remove the base sub assembly from the box.
-Mount the mobile holder on to the bush.
-Insert the housing into the pivot arm till the slot is above the markings on the pivot
arm.
-Secure the housing by tightening the knob.
-Insert the light source into the housing.
-Align the zoom lens with the camera of the smartphone with the clip facing down.
-Attach the canopy to the zoom lens.
-Insert the patient information tag into the canopy slot.
-Now secure the smartphone in the mobile holder.
-Insert the slit slider into the housing.
-Switch on the light source.
-Adjust the slider to the desired slot.
User Instructions
-After assembling as per the instructions click on the camera app in the smartphone.
-Align the camera of the smartphone to the patient’s eye using the height adjustable
stick.
-Fine-tune the alignment settings by adjusting the different knobs in the device.
-Write the patients information on the tag and insert in the canopy slot.
-Instruct the patient to touch their cheek area to the canopy and look into the
camera.
-Rotate the housing/ pivot arm to incident the light from the desired slot on the
patient’s eye.
-Take photos/ video as per requirement.
