Oatey 43400 Toilet Flange Extension:

The Oatey 43400 Toilet Flange Extension Kit is designed to provide a leak-free seal between the toilet flange and the toilet base. It includes an extender, spacers, a gasket, and self-tapping screws. The extender can be used to raise the height of the flange by up to 1-1/2 inches, and the spacers can be used to fill in any gaps between the flange and the toilet base.
