IMPORTANT
1. Read these instructions carefully and
familiarise yourself with the procedure
before assembling the unit.
2. Check that you have all the component
parts following the list on the back
cover and familiarise yourself with
each part before proceeding.
3. Take all the fittings out of the plastic bag
and separate them into their groups.
4. Ensure you have enough space to lay out
all the parts before assembly.

5. To avoid scratching it is recommended
that you assemble the unit on a soft
level surface.

Stage 2 – Fitting the Top PanelStage 1 – Fitting the Side Panels

1. Insert Top Side Panel A onto the
top of the Bottom Side Panel B.
See fig. 1.
2. Use Screws A and Nuts B to fix
the unit.

NOTE: Ensure you fit the Screws
to the opposite side of the side
rails.
3. Use the same method as in fig.
1-2 to fix the other Side Panel.
1. Stand the Side Panel up and
assemble the Wire Shelf
C onto the side with the rails.
See fig. 3.
2. Place the other Side Panel onto
the Wire Shelf.

NOTE: Make sure that both the
side rails are facing inwards.
NOTE: Make sure that the side rails
are facing inwards.
NOTE: Ensure the side rails on
Top Side Panel A and Bottom
Side Panel B are aligned on
the same side.

Stage 4 – Finishing the UnitStage 3 – Fitting the Shelves
2. Carefully place the unit in
the desired location.

1. Place the second Wire Shelf C
in through the Side. A small
amount of force may be required
to secure the shelf.

2. Place the 3rd Wire Shelf C in
position the same way as the
second shelf.

1. Insert Castors D onto the unit.
Ensure they are well fitted.

Care and Maintenance
Safety
To avoid any risk of suffocation to animals or children dispose of the plastic
bags immediately.
Fitting
From time to time please ensure there are no loose screws on the product.
Cleaning
As with all surfaces clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, do not use bleach
or abrasive products.
