Playing music on your speaker
Bluetooth
IfalreadyconnectedtothespeakerviaBluetooth,simplyndandplaythemusic
onyourdeviceandthesoundwillplaythroughthespeaker.Somedevicesmay
requireyoutoselecttheaudiooutput.Youshouldbeabletodothisbygoingto
the‘Listenvia’or‘Playvia’menu.Ifunsure,pleaserefertoyourdevice’smanual.
IfyouareusinganA2DPBluetooth-enableddevice,youwillbeabletousethe
followingfunctionsonthespeaker:
Play/Pause(3) Short press
Nexttrack(2) Long press
Previoustrack(1) Long press
Auxiliary
Usingtheprovidedcable,youcanconnectyourdevicedirectlytothespeaker.
Tousethis,simply:
1. PressthePowerOn/Off(4)andtheLEDlightindicator(7)willbequickly
ashingblue
2. InserttheprovidedAudioInputCableintotheAux-inPort(5)andconnect
theotherendintoyourdevice
3. OnceconnectedtheLEDlightindicator(7)willbeasolidgreen
Whenplayingmusicusingthecable,thePlay/Pausebutton(3)actsasamutebutton.
Changing the volume
Thiscanbedoneonboththedeviceyouareplayingmusicfromandonthe
speaker.Tochangethevolumeonthespeaker,shortpress(donotlongpress
otherwiseitwillskiptrack)theVol+(2)orVol–(1)button.
Please note: Yourdevicewillhaveaninternalamplierandifitisplayingdigital
leslikeMP3sitwillalsohaveanintegratedDAC(DigitalAudioConverter).Ifyou
turnthevolumeupto100%,yourdevicewillbesendingadistortedsignal.Toavoid
this,andtogetthebestqualityfromthespeaker,werecommendthatyoudonot
runyourdeviceanyhigherthan95%volume.Somedevicesoutputhigherthan
others,soyoumayneedtoreducethevolumeifyouexperiencedistortion.
