Telemetry heart rate
malfunction
Telemetry heart rate
malfunction
1. Inspect the heart rate transmitter strap and its
battery. Replace the battery if it has been used
for a long time.
2. Inspect the heart rate receiver cable
connection.
1. Test or replace the heart rate receiver board.
2. Inspect the environment for interference
from speakers, lights, etc.
1. Heart rate
transmitter
2. Heart rate receiver
Key malfunction Keys do not operate or
keys operate continually.
1. Replace the display key switches. 1. Display key
switches
Excessive resistance
Exercise on the unit; there
is excessive resistance.
1. Inspect all cable connections.
2. Rotate the flywheel. Inspect whether the
electro-magnet is stuck on the flywheel.
3. Inspect whether a drive board component
short is creating excessive output to the
electro-magnet.
1. Drive board
How to show total
distance
1. Press and hold workout
level<>+<>+<stop> for three seconds.
Total distance will appear.
Battery won’t
recharge
Exercise on the unit; the
battery does not recharge.
1. Measure battery voltage. If voltage is below
2.5V and battery will not recharge, replace
the battery.
2. Inspect the drive board fuse.
3. To recharge the battery, exercise intensity
must be over 40 strides/minute.
4. Inspect whether the battery recharge
indicator LED on the drive board lights. If
not, the drive board is bad.
