DESCRIPTION

The Cable Loop Organizer controls cables during high

speed festoon operation, limiting cable slap and loop swings.

It consists of a loop of high strength rubber formed in a

concave shape to match the bottom of the cable loops. One

organizer is required for each loop in the system.

INSTALLATION

1. Hang loop organizer over bottom of cable loop.

2. Insert three round head bolts through holes in bolting plate

and both end of loop (Fig. 1). Add plate to outside and afx

with lock nuts. Torque nuts to 20-25 lb/in. Organizer hangs

loosely on cable loop and is not fastened to cables.

NOTE:

Heads of round head bolts must be on inside

of organizer with lock nuts to outside.
