Important Information:
The Wayde King municipal filtration system not only removes harmful
contaminants but will also reduce harmful scale buildup, extend the life of your
plumbing and appliances, and, most importantly, provide pure alkaline quality
drinking water for the needs of you and your family from every faucet in your
home.
System Benefits and Features:
The Wayde King whole home water treatment system is a 3-stage organic
filtration system that uses redox bacteriostatic and activated carbon media
filtration to remove chlorine, harmful chemicals, and metals from your
household water supply.
The Wayde King system is managed by an automatic control valve that is
programmed to backwash, cleans the system out automatically, and has been
pre-set at our factory. These settings can be adjusted to your specific needs
from the electronic control module timer. It will retain its’ programming
evening in a power outage as it has battery backup.
Our multi-polarity anti-scale magnet will protect your plumbing and appliances
from scale build-up and corrosion. As a matter of fact, it will not only prevent
scale build up, but it will also help dissolve existing scale formation. These
magnetically ionized minerals will repel each other inhibiting their ability to
bind to each other and to plumbing equipment. In turn, it will make for easier
cleaning, increase the life of your appliances, water heater, and plumbing
equipment. Being that our systems do not remove the healthy minerals they
will assist in maintaining a healthy alkaline balance.

Measuring System Effectiveness:
• Pure refreshing taste

• The screens in your aerators on faucets and shower heads will start to
remove existing scale
CAUTION:
When testing for your water hardness, the healthy minerals will remain in the
water, thus you will still have what is commonly called “hard” water in most
areas. The PWT water treatment system does not remove these healthy
minerals, but rather it treats these minerals so as that they are in a water-
soluble state giving you scale-free water that is easier to clean with and will
lengthen the life of your plumbing and fixtures, but most importantly it will
provide healthy, mineral-rich, spring quality, alkaline water for your household.

Evaporative Spotting:
Being that the Wayde King Municipal Water Treatment System does not
remove minerals from the water, there are times you may notice minimal
spotting if accumulated water is left to evaporate on surfaces such as shower
doors or countertops. Our system process will cause the minerals to lose their
ability to adhere to most surfaces allowing any spotting to wipe off easier than
regular hard water or sodium spots caused by water softeners. Not to be
confused with old-fashioned ion-exchange water softeners that require
regular maintenance and the recurring replacement of salt or potassium, our
maintenance-free system works differently. It does not remove the minerals
(because minerals promote your good health). Instead, it changes the minerals
to water-soluble form that won’t stick to your plumbing or cause hard water
staining.

SHIPPING POLICIES:
Billing Information
We offer free shipping within the continental U.S with any order in excess of
$500.00. Your credit card statement will appear as "Pure Water Technologies
LLC".
Canadian Shipments
UPS charges you, the receiver, a broker’s fee for any shipment that crosses the
border. Please note UPS is also required in your location to collect GST/VAT
on the value of your shipment. All charges will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Shipments
Upon your order shipment being processed, a tracking number will be
emailed to the email address you provided on your order. If you don't see any
tracking data for your shipment, please allow up to 48 hours for our system
to update and then contact customer service @ 702-750-9800 for additional
information.
Undeliverable Packages
If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund
minus shipping costs. If the shipment is undeliverable due to a mistake made
as a result of Pure Water Technologies LLC, we will re-ship the item at no
charge to the customer once it is received back at our shipping warehouse.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If
you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are
welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order
cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of
its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please
contact us.

Refused Shipments
If an item is refused upon delivery at no fault of Pure Water Technologies LLC,
we may at our own discretion, charge the customer return shipping fees. Pure
Water Technologies LLC will not be liable for the shipping charges if the item
is refused before delivery. Freight packages that are refused will be charged
a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.
Damage Claims
All damage claims on deliveries must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Pure Water Technologies LLC Dba Wayde King Water Filtration may request
photos of the damage to give to the shipping carrier for inspection of the
damage and to file a claim. Should any item arrive damaged contact customer
service to set up the carrier to come and pick up the damaged system. Once
the carrier picks up that package, a new shipment will be sent to you. All
shipping charges will be paid by Pure Water Technologies LLC Dba Wayde
King Water Filtration in the event of a damaged system. Generally, your claim
can be expedited within 24 hours of filing the damage report with our
customer service department.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not been
shipped. If the item you want to cancel has already been shipped, it,
unfortunately, cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a
refund, minus any associated shipping costs pertaining to the transaction. To
request cancellation of your order please call Customer Service at 702-750-
9800. We do not accept cancellation requests by email.

RETURN POLICY:
General Return Policy
Pure Water Technologies will accept returns of Wayde King Water Filtration
brand items, unused, and in original condition, within 10 days of delivery.
Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from refund
proceeds. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs, both to and from
in the event of a requested return.
All returns will be inspected for completeness and damage. Some products
have return restrictions. Please review the list below to determine if special
return policies apply to your products. Systems altered or changed from their
original manufacturer build and specs are not returnable. Taxes, brokerage,
shipping, customs and border crossing fees on shipments are not refundable.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Customers are able to return all Wayde King Water Filtration products for any
reason should the customer not be satisfied. Try our products for 30 days and
if you are not 100% satisfied, return the item to us for a 100% refund, minus
any shipping fees. Return shipping, as well as any installation or disassembly
expense, is the customers' responsibility; Taxes, brokerage, customs and
border crossing fees on international shipments are not refundable; water
must be within manufacturer specifications.
Custom and Special-Order Products
All custom or special-order products are built to order and cannot be returned
once ordered. Specific manufacturer warranties will apply to all custom
systems.

Product Exchange
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact
customer service to set-up an exchange. Customer service will send you a
prepaid return label to have the faulty item returned or may set-up a pickup.
Once customer service has confirmed the carrier has picked up the faulty
package or that it has been dropped off to the carrier, a new shipment will be
sent.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the
original following our return policy and place another order for the item you
wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item
before placing the new order. Restocking and shipping fees may apply.
Pure Water Technologies Responsibilities and Limitations
Pure Water Technologies personnel are able to recommend an overall water
treatment solution based on all the information we receive from the customer.
Pure Water Technologies cannot be responsible for a recommended solution
that falls short resulting from lack of information about other conditions that
exist in the water, or any information that is not conveyed for proper analysis.
Purchasers are advised that water quality conditions, hardness, and alkalinity
may vary by location. Product performance may be affected by these variables,
and for optimum performance, purchasers should verify prior to ordering that
their local water quality falls within Pure Water Technologies recommended
specifications. Our representatives base all product recommendations on
information provided by our customers; if other conditions (i.e. water,
installation space, power, water pressure, etc.) exist which were not prior
disclosed, then additional/other products may be required to make the overall
solution successful. However, as always, we are committed to working with
the customer to help remedy any troubled solution by providing the customer
with the most effective and affordable solutions available.

Pure Water Technologies may not be financially responsible for any service,
100% satisfaction guarantee or warranties that have resulted from improper
application, poor handling, neglectful damage, set-up, installation, start-up
procedure and/or lack of thorough follow through of installation procedures
found on or with the unit and in any service guides, product manuals and/or
related website pages.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will
be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the
product you are returning meets the above and below guidelines and qualifies
for return to avoid any delay in or denial of, processing your return. If a non-
conforming product is accepted for return Pure Water Technologies reserves
the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at our sole discretion. Return
processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is
received.
Return Authorization Code
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number
(RA). Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our
Return policy, you may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within
30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we
ask customers to return the product expeditiously. Any return we receive
without a valid RA number will be rejected or subject to a restocking charge at
our sole discretion. Customers should call 1-702-750-9800 and speak with
customer service to get the RAC. All returns must also contain all parts that
were sent, along with all original packaging. Returns must have an RMA or RAC
before being returned or the return shipment is subject to refusal.

Return Shipping
At our sole discretion, you may be sent a pre-paid return label for your product
return. If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you
received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping
costs. If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error,
the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The
amount deducted will be our actual shipping cost for that item.
For your protection, we recommend that you obtain insurance for your return
and use a licensed carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.
Pure Water Technologies shall not be responsible for items returned that are
lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our
warehouse will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable. At our
discretion, we may reimburse shipping charges related to the return of
defective products inside the USA only.
For freight shipments, we are happy to accept returns for large items that are
shipped via our specialty shippers. These items do require a special type of
return and cannot be returned with a pre-paid return mailing label like
standard shipments. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty
shipper, please contact customer service and request the return. We will
follow up with instructions for returning the item. Note: Any return that is not
the result of our error may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be
deducted from the refund.
IMPORTANT RETURN NOTICE
If the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements
described in this document, we will provide the customer photographs of
the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our
determination as to why the return was denied. Any product(s) deemed
not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If Pure Water
Technologies, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified
item for return, a restocking fee will be assessed.

Pure Water Technologies ("Wayde King Water Filtration") warrants to the end
user ("customer") that its tanks (13" and smaller), valves, bypass's, filtration
media, tanks, electronic heads, magnetic ionizer, fittings, and housings
("Covered Items") will be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service. The KWF948/WK948 water treatment system
is warrantied up to 1,500,000 gallons of water filtration or 20 years,
whichever occurs first. The KWF1252/WK1252 is warrantied up to 2,000,000
gallons of water filtration or 20 years, whichever occurs first.
LIMITATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pure Water Technologies sole obligation to the customer under these
warranties shall be limited, at its option, to replacement or repair of Covered
Items by these warranties. LABOR IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY
WARRANTY. Prior to return or repair of Covered Items, the customer must
obtain a return authorization number from Pure Water Technologies and
return the covered items freight prepaid. Any covered item repaired or
replaced under these warranties will be returned prepaid standard freight to
the original point of shipment.
No warranty is made with respect to defects or damaged due to neglect,
misuse, alterations, accident, misapplication, physical damage, or damage
caused by fire, acts of God, or freezing. These warranties apply only to the
original registered owner so long as the owner owns/lives in the home in
which the unit was originally installed. Customer must register their system
with Pure Water Technologies within 30 days of purchase* in order to obtain
a warranty. Warranty will discontinue after the unit is removed from the
location where it was originally installed. Warranty begins on the date of
delivery of product to the customer. Installation of any system on water
conditions outside of or beyond the recommended specs of any system voids
any warranty.

Pure Water Technologies issues this warranty to the customer as the sole
warranty of company’s products. There are no other warranties express or
implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or treatment of certain
water and hereby expressly disclaims all other such warranties. Pure Water
Technologies liability hereunder shall not exceed the cost of the product.
Under no circumstances is Pure Water Technologies liable for any
consequential incidental or damages or for any other loss, damage or expense
of any kind, including loss of use, arising in connection with the installation or
use or inability to use the covered items or any water treatment system the
covered items are incorporated into. All warranties are governed by the laws
of the state of Nevada and may change at any time without notice.

Warranty applies to original purchaser of the system
The manufacturing of Wayde King Water Filtration products utilizes the highest standards of quality assurance,
engineering expertise, and premium materials. Each Wayde King Water Filtration system is individually inspected and
has undergone an extensive final inspection before leaving the factory.
Wayde King Water Filtration guarantees the tank and valves to be free of defects for a period of 20 years from the date
of purchase or (1,250,000 gallons of water filtration for KWF 948 systems) or (2,000,000 gallons of water filtration for
KWF 1252 systems) whichever occurs first, provided that failure does not result from non-municipal water, fire damage,
freezing, any evidence of tampering or other acts that are beyond the control of Wayde King Water Filtration. There will
be no charge for parts needing to be replaced for a portion of the system found to be defective during the term of the
specified warranty period. Any replacement part(s) deemed to be covered under this warranty will be exchanged for
the same or equivalent replacement part(s) or device at no charge to the original purchaser. Customer must provide
proof of purchase for any warranty claims. Wayde King Water Filtration shall not be liable for any freight, and/or service
charges if any. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges for defective parts. Media warranty does NOT apply to
Well installations or non-municipal water treatment. This warranty does not cover systems that are not set up to
backwash, or systems that have manually had their factory backwashing cycle adjusted beyond the recommended time
frame interval.
This Warranty will only be honored under the following conditions:
Equipment is limited to; water supplied to the system is not to exceed 85 PSI, and water temperatures are not to exceed
110 degrees Fahrenheit or under 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
Defective parts are subject to inspection by either Wayde King Water Filtration or an authorized representative.
We reserve the right to discontinue or change any of our products, and or terms, at any time and without notice or
liability. If, for any reason, products of the type originally installed are no longer available from us at the time you make
a warranty claim, we will substitute another product determined by Wayde King Water Filtration to be of comparable
quality and price.
WE EXCLUDE AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF
ANY BREACH OF THIS EXPRESSED WARRANTY AS IT RELATES TO OUR PRODUCTS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SUCH DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES caused by any defect in any of
our products covered under any expressed, written, oral or implied warranty. Your EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any such
defect is the repair or replacement of our product.
