4. Assemble all parts loosely before tightening any bolts
STEP 1 :Assemble parts list no. 3 and legs together
STEP 2 : Screw legs on the plate
STEP 3 :Assemble the foot caps on the legs
STEP 4 :Assemble the metal plate on the legs' center
