Our range of mono laser printers comes complete with
PCL5e or 6. PostScript 3 making them ideally suited for
Windows or Legacy systems. All of our products simply
connect directly to your network and can be managed
via a range of management tools or by a web browser,
helping you to manage your costs.
Legacy - No Problem
Imagine replacing an old Dot Matrix or Band printer with a Laser
printer without any system changes whatsoever.
All of our departmental printers share the same controller
technology, the key feature being “Intelliprint”. Unique to
TallyGenicom printers, Intelliprint offers a true migration path
from older technologies to laser printers on legacy systems.
TG Forms
An intelligent tool that allows forms to be downloaded in
any TallyGenicom departmental printer. Variable data can be
completely reformatted, including font changing, repositioning
and even printing barcodes. Signatures, logos or graphics for
marketing messages can also be added.
TG Forms offers the only no cost printer centric forms solution
available today.
Private and Secure
For confidential jobs such as payroll or personnel
communications just enable secure printing. Print jobs can
only be picked up from the printer when you have entered your
own personal PIN number. If security’s not the issue but paper
wastage is, then stored printing or walk up printing will ensure
print jobs are not left at the printer. Recent customer feedback
indicates this could save up to 25% toner and paper costs.
A4 Personal Mono (9022)
Suitable for small businesses, the 9022 delivers professional
print quality and reliability all in a small compact package. PCL
emulation as standard ensures the 9022 will connect to virtually
anything and unlike other low cost printers it won’t tie up your
PC. A fast 20 page per minute (A4) and a first print time below
10 seconds ensures you won’t be disappointed waiting
for documents.
A4 Mono Workgroup (9330N)
Ideal for workgroups of up to 10 users the 9330N brings speed
and quality to your documents increasing overall efficiency
in the office. Two models are available the 9330N having two
paper input paths and the 9330ND for duplex (double sided)
printing, saving even more money and of course adding value
to your documents. Both models come standard with Network
interfaces together with Parallel and USB.
A4 Departmental (9035N)
For departments and businesses of up to 20 users the 9035N
is a mono laser printer with a host of expandable features
and accessories capable of meeting the demands of today’s
busy office.
Duplex, extra paper handling and PostScript can be
pre-configured at the time of purchase or added as your
business grows. For the more demanding users a range

A4 Departmental (9045N)
For the most demanding network users the 9045N offers all the
benefits of the 9035N but at a pace shattering 43 pages per
minute. Suitable for up to 25 users the 9045N is the most up
to date A4 product available today benefiting from standard
features such as 128MB memory and PostScript 3. The 9045N
will increase productivity with its ultra fast performance and
consistent print quality, a true workhorse.
A3 High Volume Departmental (9050N)
The 9050N represents performance, value and durability. The
9050N is suitable for large volume departmental use or even
production printing.
Our fastest and most durable printer can be configured with
host of paper handling options boasting up to 6 inputs. To cope
with this an output finisher can be installed saving valuable time
letting the printer prepare documents for distribution with it’s
collate, staple and output punch options. The 9050N is versatile,
being able to handle a variety of paper sizes including A3. It’s
possibly the only mono printer you’ll ever need in a busy office.

allowing connection to virtually any operating system. Embedded
web servers on the range ensure printer management is simple
and accurate, a vital tool for any IT department. Features such
as e-mail notification for supplies ordering will further increase

on job completion is ideal for remote workers. For management
of your printer fleet the TG Net-Admin tool allows real time
