3 Installation
uProtect device and cable against destruction.
uAvoid electrostatic charging on plastic housings and cables.
uTo avoid electrostatic charging, ensure the equalisation of potential of metal parts (connector
housing, fixing elements, protective housing, etc.).
uDo not install the device in the partition between different zones.
uWhen used in zone 0, protect the sockets against intensive electrostatic charging.
3.1 Special conditions for safe operation
uAlways refer to the operating instructions for the identification, as it may not be fully applied to the
device due to lack of space.
4 Maintenance, repair and disposal
The device must not be modified nor can it be repaired. In case of a fault please contact the
manufacturer.
If needed, data sheets and type examination certificates or other certificates can be requested from
the manufacturer (Ò cover sheet / back).
