Thank you for purchasing Tecevo S10 Bluetooth Speaker.

Before getting start, please ready the user manual carefully so

as to ensure proper operation and optimized performance of

this product. Tecevo S10 was designed to provide high quality

wireless sound for your ipad, iphone, ipod, computer, mobile

phone, tablet and other Bluetooth enabled audio device.

This user guide explains the basic operation and care of the unit.

Please read and keep for future reference.

INTRODUCTION

The Tecevo S10 can be easily paired with your phone or tablet with

Bluetooth technology, transmitting a digital audio signal wirelessly via

Bluetooth.

The integrated microphone and control buttons make it possible to

answer phone calls hands-free.

The Tecevo S10 is Bluetooth 2.1+EDR compliant and it is compatible with

all Bluetooth compliant devices using HFP and A2DP profiles, such as

mobile phones, music players or computers.

The portable speaker also built-in Micro SD card MP3 player, storage

your favourite music and playback wherever you go.

BASIC BUTTON OPERATIONS

1. Power switch on position: witch to Bluetooth mode

2. Power switch on ‘MP3’ position: MP3 player/AUX mode

3. Short press MFB: answer/end call; pause/resume music

4. Single rock MFB to -/+ position: skip/previous music

5. Rock MFB to -/+ position and hold: turn volume up/down

LED indicator mode

CHARGE THE DEVICE

Plug the USB (5) charge / audio cable into an energized USB jack. Then

plug the MINI USB plug into the S-10 speaker. LED (3) will glow RED

while charging and go dark when battery is full. Maximum charge time is

2 hours.

NOTE: During use, the LED (3) will blink RED when battery needs

recharging.

AUX CONNECTION

Fit Y-cable’s 3.5mm stereo jack plug to audio player’s headphone or line

output mini jack. Fit Y-cable’s mini USB plug to S10 speaker.

Make sure there is no micro SD card in slot (7). Slide Power switch (2) to

‘MP3’ position. Rock and hold volume control (1) in + or – direction to

adjust playback volume level. Use volume control on music playing

device to adjust volume level.

MP3 PLAYER MODE

Using a computer to transfer MP3, WMA or WAV files onto micro SD

card. Push the card straight into slot, contacts down until card clicks into

place (7). Push again to remove. Slide Power switch (2) to MP3 mode

position. Single rock the volume control to ‘+’ jump to next file or ‘–

‘ previous file. Rock and hold MFB (1) in ‘+’ or ‘–‘ position for

comfortable volume level. LED (3) blinks GREEN during playback. If card

is removed or power is cut, the S10 will start at the last file played when

power or card is restored.

NOTE: Press the MFB (1) to switch between AUX input (6) and SD (7)

card playback.

PAIRING GUIDE – BLUETOOTH

1. Switch MFB (1) to position

2. LED(3) indicator flashing between red/blue

3. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and search for new device. Upon

a new device being found (TECEVO-S10), press the device's name

to pair.*

*Operations may vary depending on your device type, please refer to the

Bluetooth pairing procedures in your device’s user manual

4. The LED indicator will blink blue upon a Bluetooth link being

established and the device is now ready to use.

5. To pair with another device, turn off the S10 speaker, switch off

your first device’s Bluetooth function and repeat the procedure

above.

6. The S10 speaker will automatically connect to the last connected

device at power on.

HANDSFREE CALL

While paired under Bluetooth, the S10 will sound a 4-note trill when an

incoming phone call occurs, then plays the phone’s ring tone. Calls may

be answered or dropped by momentarily pressing MFB (1) straight in.

Make sure the microphone (4) is facing you and the S10 is close to you,

or pick the speaker up and talk into the MIC.

Note: when using both Hands-Free and Music profiles, hands-free will always have

priority, the music being muted in case of incoming or outgoing calls and resumed

afterwards.

USEFUL INFOMATION

Remove the SD card from the S10 and use external programming

methods to edit the card content. The files on the SD card cannot be

reached by a computer via the USB Y-cable.

Remove the slip sheet from the bottom of the speaker. The bare silicone

rubber foot will be better able to grab onto smooth or textured surfaces.

Clean the foot with a damp cloth when needed to restore its gripping

abilities.

For better bass response, place the S10 on surfaces that have a bit of

flexibility. Larger wooden, metal or plastic tables or cabinets of thin or

medium thickness are a good start. Suspended wooden floors can work

too. Ice chest lids work well. Auto dashboards, trunk lids, hoods and

pick-up truck tail gates can also work well.

Tap a prospective surface with your finger and listen for some resonance

or “give.”

Avoid dead non-resonant surfaces. Avoid heavy marble or laminate type

tables. Any very rigid or very soft surface will not provide good bass

development.

Avoid dropping the speaker. The protruding control knobs can be

damaged if the speaker hits a hard surface. Keep away from high

humidity, or extreme heat or cold.

Avoid blocking speaker grille. Do not dispose of in fire. Do not

disassemble.

The S10 mixes two-channel stereo into a monophonic signal for the

loudspeaker. No changes to your music files will occur, except hearing

them in mono.

TROUBLESHOOTING

You can quickly solve most problems with your Tecevo S10 speaker by

following the advice in this section.

My music is not coming out of the stereo speaker.

Solutions:

• Make sure the speaker has been fully charged and switch to

correct mode.

• Make sure an audio cable is correctly and firmly connected to the

Bluetooth speaker.

• Make sure cable has been correctly and firmly connected to the

speaker and your phone.

• Make sure the stereo volume is set to a comfortable listening level.

• Make sure you are within range of the speaker.

My speaker cannot be found by my phone

Solutions:

• Make sure the speaker has been switched to (Bluetooth) mode

• If you are trying to pair the device for first time use, please make

sure the speaker is under ‘Pairing’ mode.

• Make sure the Bluetooth speaker is not connected or trying to

connect with another device, if so please switch off Bluetooth

function on your other device.
