STEP 5. INSTALL STATIONARY GLASS PANEL
OVERHEAD VIEW (WITH NOMINAL OPENING)
CST 903
CST 900S
1. Place both Setting Blocks (CP 938) inside the Sill (CST
900S). They should fit nicely inside the crevice, and be
spaced so the stationary glass panel rests evenly on each.
2. Run a bead of clear silicone the full
length of the Wall Jamb (CST 965),
on both the left and right inside walls
of the jamb.
3. Carefully place the stationary glass
panel on top of the Setting Blocks
(CP 938), and slide it into the Wall
Jamb (CST 965).
4. With your stationary panel in place, measure the bottom length of your
glass panel, from its edge to the jamb. Cut your Front/Back Vinyl
Strips (C 951 B) to that length, then press them into the remaining
space between the bottom Sill (CST 900S) and the stationary
glass panel. This will secure the panel in place.
TIP: If you’re having trouble installing the Front/Back Vinyl Strips, apply a
small amount of soapy water to it. This makes the application smoother.

Stationary Glass Panel CST 965
IMPORTANT: The panel can go anywhere from 1/4” to 1-1/8” inside the Wall Jamb
(CST 965). You’ll need to check measurements for your Wall Jamb (CST 903) on the
door side, and the gap needed between the door panel and stationary panel (where
the door closes), to know how far into the Wall Jamb (CST 965) you should slide the
stationary glass. You can see how the door closes on page 9.
