How to Change Fabric

1. Roll s

hade down until the bottom stop bead nearly hits the

bracket.

2. Remove the bottom stop bead by pinching

top to bottom with pliers opposite to

the split in

the ball.

3. Once removed pull the chain further down until you go past the

original bottom stop point by one full revolution of the tube and stop

with the tape or end of fabric visible. Put stop bead back onto the

front chain temporarily to stop tube from rolling back on you while

under tension.

4. Remove the old fabric and replace with the new one ensuring to

line up the top of the fabric with line on the tube.

5. Remove the temporary stop bead and pull the fabric up using the

chain. Shimming a shade:

If the shade moves

from one side to the other while traveling up

resulting

in rubbing on the side brackets, shimming will be

required to

help it roll straight.

You shim by adding tape to the opposite side of which the fabric

is traveling to. Eg.. If the fabric is running into the right side

bracket while traveling up; you need to unroll the shade all the

way down and add a piece of tape to the left side. Keep adding

tape one piece at a time until the shade rolls straight.

6. Replace bottom stop bead at correct

position.
