I
Dirt, dust, scratches,
and disc warpage can cause skipping during
playback
and deterioration of sound
quality.
Please observe the followrng
guidelines
to ensure longest life of compact discs
:
.
Fingerprints, dust and dirt should
be carefully wiped off the disc's
playing
surface
(shiny
side)
with a clean soft
cloth. Wipe in a
straight
motion from the inside to the outside of the
disc.
.
Never use chemicals
such as record sprays,
household
cleaners
or thinner to clean compact
discs. Such chemicals
can irreparably
damage the
disc's surface
.
Discs should be kept
in
their storage
cases when not in use.
.
Do
not
expose
discs to direct sunlight,
high
temperatures
or high humidity for extended
pertods.
.
Do
not stick
paper,
tape, or
labels
on the
disc surfaces nor write on them with any
type of marker.
Discs
with non-standard shapes
(e.9.:
heart, square, star) cannot
be
played
on this set.
Attempting to do so
may damage the set.
Do
not use such
discs.
Before
playing,
clean the discs
with a commercially available cleaning cloth.
Wipe each disc
from
the center
out.
Do
not use solvents such as benzine,
thinner, commercially available cleaners,
or antistatic spray
intended for analog discs.
Some UDF
format CD-Rs/CD-RWs
may require
a
longer reading time before
playback
begins.
Some
CD-Rs/CD-RWs
(depending
on the equipment used for rts recording or the
condition of the disc)
may not
play
on this
set.
The audio
quality
and volume level between
MP3
tracks
may differ
greatly
due to the
recording method used
for that disc.
