Your AUDIOPLEX TECHNOLOGY JB-2 is covered by a Lifetime warranty against any
defects in workmanship and materials. Any defects will be remedied without charge for labor or
parts during this period of time following the date of purchase.
Damage incurred by shipping or accident is not considered to be a defect, and not covered by this
warranty. AUDIOPLEX TECHNOLOGY, is not responsible for defective operation caused by
abuse or by modification or service by any unauthorized person or agency.
The unit must be properly installed and operated according to instructions for the warranty to
apply. Any necessary servicing must be done by AUDIOPLEX TECHNOLOGY. The unit must
be returned expenses prepaid, with written authorization from the company. The product must be
shipped with the proof of purchase and in the original carton and packing material to avoid damage.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to
state.
The JB-2/JB-1 allows the hook up of six pairs or six rooms of speakers, (twelve if doubled up) neatly
and efficiently on a simple single-gang plate, into a single-gang box. The JB-2 (not available in
Decora.) makes for a very neat home run installation and if used with AUDIOPLEX TECHNOLOGY
Optimatch (TM) Volume Controls you can design a complete home sound distribution system without
any other switchers or boxes. The AUDIOPLEX TECHNOLOGY JB-2 incorporates screw type
terminals for the outputs and Extra heavy Gold binding posts for the inputs. Follow the wiring diagram
on the back of this sheet. Prepare the wire leads to and from the JB-2 by stripping about 1/4" of
insulation from each of the wire ends. Twist strands tightly together so that none stick out to cause a
possible short circuit.
The JB-1 is a JB-2 without the plate and binding posts.
