Tynetec ZXT101 is a warden call system, or intercom system, designed for use in residential or commercial buildings to provide communication between residents and staff or emergency services. It allows residents to make and receive calls, as well as trigger alarms in the event of an emergency. The system can be operated using DECT telephones, and features include:

  • Answer incoming calls and listen to alarm messages
  • Initiate calls to residents
  • Sequential daily calls to simplify routine check-ins
  • Call waiting to handle multiple incoming calls
  • Public address (PA) mode to make announcements to all residents

telephoneandlistentothealarmmessage.Whenthealarmmessageisclearlyunderstoodpressthekey,thealarmmessagewillstop;youcannowspeakto
theresident.Speechdirectionisautomaticallychangedwhenyouspeak.Tocancelthecall;pressthe#keyfollowedbythekeytocleartheconnection.
1.2CALLINGARESIDENT
Tomakeacalltoaresident;pressthekey,enter81andlistenforthe“Ready”prompt.Entertheflatnumberoftheresidentandpressthekey,aspeech
linkwillopen.Ifyouwishtoalerttheresidentyoucanpressthe0keytosoundthecalltoneagain.Thespeechdirectionisautomaticallychangedwhenyou
speak.Tocancelthecall;pressthe#keyfollowedbythekeytocleartheconnection.
1.3SEQUENTIALDAILYCALLS
TheAdventxtsystemhasanindexfunctiontosimplifydailysequentialcalls.Callthefirstresidentinthenormalway,whenfinishedpressthe6key,thesystem
willannouncethenextresident,eitherpressthekeytospeakorpressthe6keyagaintomovetothenextresident.Toendsequentialcalls;pressthe#key
followedbythekeytocleartheconnection.
1.4CALLWAITING
Ifanewalarmcallisdetectedduringthecourseofansweringanalarmcallormakingaroutinecalla“CallWaiting”BEEPwillbeheardintheearpiece.To
terminatethecurrentcallandanswerthenewcallpressthe#key.Amessagewillidentifythecallwaitingwhichcanthenbeansweredbypressingthekeyin
thenormalway.
1.5ALLCALLSPEECH(PA)MODE
TheAdventxtsystemmaybefittedwithaPublicAddress(PA)facilitytomakegeneralannouncementstoallresidents.ToactivatePAmode;pressthekey,
enter81andlistenforthe“Ready”prompt.Enter1000,thePAmodeisactivatedandyoucanmakeanannouncementtoALLresidents.Attheendofyour
announcementpressthe#keyfollowedkeytocleartheconnection.

1.6FIREALARMTONE
TheAdventxtsystemmaybefittedwithafiretonefacilitytoenhancetheperformanceoftheFireAlarmsystem.Thefiretonewillusuallyactivateautomatically
whenafireisdetectedbythemainbuildingfirealarmsystem,itcanhoweverbeactivatedmanually.Toactivatethefiretone;pressthekey,enter81and
listenforthe“Ready”prompt.Enter1003andthefiretonewillsoundinallintercoms.Tostopthefiretone;pressthe#keyfollowedbythekeytoclear
theconnection.
1.7CHANGINGTHEOPERATINGMODE

Adventxtsystemanswerstwotoneswillbeheard,afterthesecondtonepressthe#keyonce.Waitforthe“Ready”prompt,youmaynowusethesystemasyou
wouldinonsitemode.Whenthecalliscompletepressthe#keyonce.Afterthe“Ready”promptpressthe#keyagain,twotoneswillbeheardandphoneline
willbedropped.LocalOffsitemodecanbeenabled/disabledusingcode5007andusingthe#keytotogglebetweenenabled/disabled.
3.2SETTINGTHEOFFSITEDIALSEQUENCE
TheAdventxtsystemcanstoreupto6LocalOffsiteand3RemoteOffsitetelephonenumbersandtheorderinwhichtheyaredialledcanbechanged.

assignedwhichwillsplitthetimeintosmallerinactivityreportingperiods.Usecodes9000/9002/9004tosetthestarttimesand9001/9003/9005to
setthestoptimes.Usethecode5004tosettheintervaltimeinminutes(0to999).Youmustenablelocalactivitymonitoringusingthecode3005.
4.4ENABLE/DISABLEINTRUDERMODE
Individualflatscanhavetheactivitymonitoringmodetemporarilychangedtoanintruderalarmmodewhentheflatisvacant.Pressthekey,enter81and
listenforthe“Ready”prompt.Enter3007thenentertheflatnumbertohaveintrudermodeenabledfollowedbythekey,pressthekeytoclearthe
