1. ETHERNET INTERFACE SET-UP PROCEDURE
The unit is factory set with an IP address of 192.168.168.235.
In order to talk to the unit the following steps must be followed.
1. Connect the cross over cable supplied between the Rabbit board and the PC’s Ethernet
port.
2. On the PC navigate to the Network Card settings via the Start button > Control Panel
>Network Connections. Double click Network Connections to see a list of adapters as
follows;
3. Highlight the Local Area Connection, then right click, then select Properties (as above).

5. Double Click Internet Protocol and enter the values as shown below:
6. Select OK
7. Select OK again
8. Open Internet Explorer and enter 192.168.168.235 as the required Internet destination. The
following will appear:
9. To configure any of the parameters a username and password are required. The default
username is ‘admin’ and the password is ‘admin’. When any of the three top hyperlinks
are selected (IP Address Configuration Page, Password Configuration Page or SD Card
Statistics Page), a prompt for the password will appear.

2. IP ADDRESS CONFIGURATION PAGE
Use this page to setup the IP address, Gateway and Mail services. If E-mail is to be used the
Gateway must be configured along with the E-mail Configuration.
The Site Name field is what is displayed on the Main page.

3. PASSWORD CONFIGURATION PAGE
Use this to change your access password.

4. SD CARD STATISTICS PAGE
Shows the available and used memory on the SD Card.
Note: The 3 status codes at the top right of the page should all show the value 0. Anything other
than 0 indicates that there is an error and that data may not be logged to the card

5. FORMAT SD CARD PAGE
To format the card, username ‘tynetec’ and password ‘deity’ are required. This facility will
DELETE ALL DATA FROM THE CARD.
In order to format the card type FORMATE into BOTH of the password boxes then select
‘Submit’. The result of the format will be shown once the page updates.
