One Solution st® Vesta-Syde® SQ Premeasured WFI water is a sterile,
conveniently packaged, ready-to-use pre-measured water source for
mixing with Vesta-Syde SQ st Quaternary Ammonium Disinfectant. It
provides a ready-to-use solution for use in disinfecting clean rooms and
other high risk manufacturing areas.
One Solution st® Vesta-Syde® SQ Premeasured WFI should not be
used for intravenous injection or as a diluent in a drug dosage form. This
product is for use only with Vesta-Syde SQ st Quaternary Ammonium
Disinfectant. Refer to attached foil packet and insert of disinfectant for
appropriate Directions For Use and precautionary information.
Contents: One Solution st Pre-measured WFI was filled with
0.2-micron-filtered USP Water For Injection quality water and post-
process gamma-irradiated to 10-6 SAL and is for use only as
diluent for attached disinfectant.
