One Solution st Pre-measured WFI should not be used for intravenous
injection or as a diluent in a drug dosage form. This product is for
use only with LpH® III st Phenolic Disinfectant. Refer to attached
foil packet of Cleaner Disinfectant for appropriate precautionary
information.
Directions for use: Empty contents into an appropriate cleaning
vessel and add contents from Cleaner Disinfectant foil packet. Gently
mix until solution is uniform.
Contents: One Solution st Pre-measured WFI was filled with
0.2-micron-filtered USP Water For Injection quality water and post-
process gamma-irradiated to 10-6 SAL and is for use only as diluent
for attached disinfectant.
