Safety Instructions
These units should be placed on a level surface. Failure to do so can result in poor product performance or create a
possible safety hazard. This unit should be securely anchored to a wall or floor with suitable fasteners, which are not
included. Do not use this unit for anything other than the manufactures intended purpose. DO NOT STAND ON ANY
PART OF THE UNIT, OR USE IT AS A LADDER. Evenly distribute the weight on each level and always keep the
heavier loads on the bottom. Use care when working with metal parts.

Assembly is done with the rivets of the beams and braces fitting into the slots of the post. A rubber mallet may be used
on the beams and braces to seat the rivets properly. A hammer can also be used, providing one uses a cloth or a block
of wood between the hammer head and the parts to prevent damage. Tap gently and be sure the rivets are straight and
fully engaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Make sure all rivets are fully seated into the post slots.

Assemble the back panels using the nuts and bolt sup-
plied. Insert one (1) silver beam to the back top slots of
the posts, and place the back panels between the post
and over the beam. Continue by adding two (2) silver
beams even with the braces of the bottom levels. Add
one (1) black beam to the front of the unit placing the
bottom rivet into the top slots of the post. Assemble the
top post to the bottom post. One (1) rivet from each beam
and brace must be placed in the top hole of the bottom
post, and the bottom hole of the top post (see figure E).
Tap all beams and braces to properly seat the rivets.
Add wood shelves to the levels built. Align rivets from the
hinges of the doors to the sixth and twentieth post slots from
the bottom, and fasten the doors to the post. Install the
handle holder to the hole of the right door using the correct
orientation (see figure F). Install handle (in the vertical posi-
tion) through the holder. Place the nylon washer to the
back side of the handle followed by the nut, metal washer,
cam, and top washer. Fasten with the screw provided (see
figure F). Push the button and turn counter clockwise to
lock door. Add the final levels using the black beams and
braces. Add the final two (2) wood shelves to the unit.

Take one (1) silver brace, two (2) post, and one (1) side
panel. With the slot holes of the post pointing down, In-
sert the bottom rivet of the brace with the shelf ledge up
into the top slots of the post. Place the side panel be-
tween the post and over the brace (see figure A). Take
one (1) silver brace, skip one (1) hole from the bottom,
and insert rivets into slots of post (see figure B & C).
Count upward to the 13th, and 14th slots of the posts, and
insert rivets of the third silver brace. Making sure the
side panel rests evenly in-between the post (see figure B).

Repeat the process of step one to create the opposite
end of the unit. Next take two (2) black beams and in-
sert the rivets even with the rivets of the bottom, and sec-
ond level braces. Tap down on the bottom and second
level beams and braces to properly seat the rivets (see
figure D). DO NOT TAP DOWN THE TOP BRACES AT
THIS TIME.
