1. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1.1 Removing the actual mounted front panel
How to remove
1. Lay down the Solaris LC40 with the front down.
2. First, turn out the 12 screws fixing the back bezel to the back side. (image 1-1)
3. Take off the back bezel.
4. Turn out the 20 screws fixing the LCD panel to the front bezel. (image 1-2)
5. Loosen the screw fixing the IR cable to the front bezel.
6. Take the LCD panel out of the front bezel.

L
ay down the new front bezel with protection cover.
2. Put the LCD panel inside the new front bezel. The handles of the LCD panel must be on the other side than IR connection and
the Barco logo on front of the bezel. (image 1-3)
3. Connect the IR cable and secure the screw.
4. Fix the LCD panel to the front bezel with the 20 new screws, length 22 mm.
5. Pl
ace the back bezel on the LCD panel in such a way that the squared holes are on the opposite side of the handles. (image 1-4)
6. Secure with the 12 screws.
