Disconnect all the cables
and reconnect the AC input and
try again.
Contact Dell if the computer is
still not charging.

Check if the LED on the USB-C

connected to the device.
If the LED is not glowing,
disconnect all the cables
and reconnect AC input power
and see if the LED turns ON.
Contact Dell if the computer is
still not able to detect the
