How to Install Multiple Operating Systems in SSD7110
Please note that the motherboard used here is the Gigabyte X299 Aorus Gaming 7. For other motherboards and
BIOS utilities/versions, the procedure in Step 3 will be slightly different.
Motherboard: Gigabyte X299 Aorus Gaming 7
BIOS Version: F9b
Procedure
1. Unscrew the 6 screws in the back of the SSD7110 to remove its cover. Insert NVMe SSDs (maximum of 3)
inside the SSD7110.
2. Screw the SSD7110 cover back on and attach it to a PCIe Gen 3 x16 slot for maximum performance

3. Enter the BIOS Setup page. Go to the BIOS section and check the following settings and change them if
needed,
a. CSM Support: Enabled
b. Storage Boot Option Control: UEFI
c. Other PCI devices: UEFI
Note: The settings changed in this step may differ due to differences in motherboard, BIOS utility, and
BIOS version
4. Restart the system and make sure the system BIOS detects the SSD7110 and the NVMe SSDs inside

5. If not done so already, connect your Windows installation DVD or USB into the system. Then, enter the
Boot Menu and select the Windows installation DVD or USB and run it under UEFI mode. For this
example, we used a Windows installation DVD.

7. Go through each step of the Windows installation. When entering the section Which type of installation
do you want?, select Custom: Install Windows only (advanced).
8. Select the drive you want to install your OS into and select Next

9. Allow the Windows Setup utility to install Windows into the RAID array
10. After finished installing, configure the Windows OS to your preferred settings

11. Repeat Steps 8-10 to install the OS in the other available drives. In this example, we installed Windows
10 to all 3 NVMe SSDs.
12. Once all the installation is complete, the following, which gives you the option to choose which OS to
enter, should appear when booting from the SSD 7110
