1. Disassemble the shell from the body (leave the threaded

collar on the shell) and disassemble the clamp from the

body.

2. Insert four lead wires through the clamp, the insert, the

grommet, the body, and the threaded collar. Note, all

four holes of the grommet must be ﬁlled—use a section

of lead wire to ﬁll unused holes as applicable.

3. Strip lead wire ends 5/16-inch and tin.

4. Solder lead wires to appropriate solder cups.

5. Assemble body to shell (with threaded collar in place).

Note desired shell orientation.

6. Slide grommet up to body and place insert over grommet.

7. Assemble and tighten back shell to provide seal.

8. Assemble strain relief clamp.

9. Assemble connector and lead wire assembly to matching

connector. Wire tie lead wires to machine frame adjacent

to connection to provide strain relief.
