625 Table to PC
• For 015-10121-00: After the USB and Ethernet cables are connected to each
of the two adapters, ensure the adapter with the power source is plugged into the
power source before connecting the other adapter into the PC. If done incorrectly
unplug adapter from computer and replug it in for proper functionality.
Midmark Digital Vital Signs Device on PC Setup
• Open Midmark Digital Vital Signs Device Control Panel
• Press the “CONNECT” button to connect the Vitals machine through USB port
• Go to Device Manager on PC
• Under Ports (COM & LPT) note the COM # of the 625 Table
• Exit Device Manager
• In Midmark Digital Vital Signs Device Control Panel click “Settings”
• Ensure USB is selected in the “Connection Method” box
• In the Scale Settings box click “Settings”
• Under Device ensure “Midmark 625 Scale” is selected in the Scale drop down
• Under Com Port, select the COM # that matches the COM # listed in the
device manager
• Go back to the Vitals screen by pressing the “Measurement” Tab
• Click on the image of the Table and your Scale and Table will be connected
and ready to use

• A loading sign should appear over the screen if no device is connected
• Once the USB’s are plugged into the computer the loading sign disappears
and the device should be connected
