1. Please read the Assembly Instructions prior to assembling this product.

2. Remove all hardware from the box and sort by size.

3. Check to see that all hardware and parts are present BEFORE assembling.

4. Ask a friend to assist you with the assembly of this furniture.

5. To avoid damage, assemble the product on a sturdy, level and protective surface.

6. Please wait until all steps are completed before fully tightening bolts.

7. Make sure all bolts are tightly fastened before the unit is used.

GENERAL INFORMATION

TIPS and TRICKS

This product is sold with 2 Tipping Restraint Hardware Kits. You must install the Tipping

Restraint Hardware between the wall and the unit to prevent any accidents or damages.

When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of

the unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. The restraint is only a deterrent and is not a

substitute for proper adult supervision. Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce, but not

eliminate, the risk of tip-over.

THIS UNIT IS INTENDED ONLY FOR USE WITHIN THE

MAXIMUM WEIGHTS INDICATED. USE WITH LOADS HEAVIER THAN THE

MAXIMUM WEIGHTS INDICATED MAY RESULT IN INSTABILITY CAUSING

POSSIBLE INJURY.

Assembly Instructions

Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all hardware and required parts.

2. Lay one LARGE DIVIDER PANEL (C) on a level and protective surface as shown above. Insert 4

SMALL WOOD DOWELS (5) half way into the pre-drilled holes on the LARGE DIVIDER PANEL (C)

by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet IF NECESSARY. Position 2 SMALL DIVIDER PANELS (D) onto

the inserted WOOD DOWELS.

Assembly Instructions

Attach the other LARGE DIVIDER PANEL (C) and the remaining SMALL DIVIDER PANEL (D) to the

assembled SMALL DIVIDER PANEL (D) using 4 SMALL WOOD DOWELS (5).

Insert 16 SMALL WOOD DOWELS (5) into the end holes of both LARGE DIVIDER PANELS (C).

Position the SIDE PANELS (B) onto the inserted WOOD DOWELS.

Assembly Instructions

Insert the SMALL WOOD DOWELS (5) into the end holes of both SMALL DIVIDER PANELS (D) and

insert 3 LARGE WOOD DOWELS (4) into each end of the SIDE PANELS (B).

6. Using the WOOD DOWELS as a guide, attach TOP and BOTTOM PANEL (A) to both SIDE PANELS

(B) by screwing the 2-1/4” BOLTS (1) with WASHERS (2 & 3) into the countersunk holes on TOP and

BOTTOM PANEL. Tighten the BOLTS with the ALLEN WRENCH provided. Cover the countersunk

holes by inserting the WOOD PLUGS (6) or PLASTIC CAPS (7) provided. Gently tap the WOOD

PLUGS or PLASTIC CAPS with a rubber mallet to ensure they are fully seated.

7. Ask for assistance to stand the unit upright and position at the desired location in your room.

8. Unfold the STORAGE BASKETS (E) and then place inside the BASKET FLOORING (F). Position the

STORAGE BASKETS onto the compartments.

9. You can combine 2 or more units to create an attractive storage wall for your home.

Optional Stacking Configuration

NOTE: If you buy more than one unit, the stacking configuration can be available.

10. Place the assembled organizers horizontally near the final installation location. With help

from your assistant, carefully stack one unit onto the other one. Make sure it is centered and

all the edges flush with each other.

11. At the backside of the units, locate one METAL BRACKET (8) vertically onto the joint of SIDE

PANELS (B). Using the METAL BRACKET (8) as a template, evenly mark 2 drill points (1 on

top, 1 on bottom) with a pencil on the SIDE PANELS (B). With an electric drill and 1/8” drill bit

(not included), carefully drill into marked location about 5/8” deep. Make sure you do not

crack the side edges. Install the METAL BRACKET (8) using two 3/4” SCREWS (9). Tighten

the screws until the bracket is tightly secured to both units.

12. Repeat the process to install the other METAL BRACKET (8) on the other side of the SIDE

PANELS (B).

Assembly Instructions

Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, and 3/8” Drill Bit.

13. Position the assembled unit at the desired location against a wall. Now, follow the

instructions printed on the plastic bag containing the Tipping Restraint Hardware to mount

the tipping restraint to the top panel and the wall.

NOTE: YOU MUST USE THIS TIPPING RESTRAINT TO ATTACH THIS UNIT TO

THE WALL, TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS AND/OR INJURIES.

Care and Maintenance

z Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.

z Use of furniture polish is not necessary. Should you choose to use polish, test first in an

inconspicuous area.

z Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage your furniture’s finish.

z Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.

z Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots.

z Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft clean cloth, blot the spill gently. Avoid

rubbing.

z Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause chemical changes that

may create spotting within the furniture finish.

z Stains or marks from crayons or ink markers will be difficult to remove.

z In the event that your furniture is stained or otherwise damaged during use, we recommend that

you call a professional to repair your furniture.

z Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary.

Further advice about wood furniture care

It is best to keep your furniture in a climate controlled environment. Extreme temperature and

humidity changes can cause warping, shrinking and splitting of wood. It is advised to keep furniture

away from direct sunlight as may damage the finish.

Proper care and cleaning at home will extend the life of your purchase. Following these important

and helpful tips will enhance your furniture as it ages.

A Touch-up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur during

assembly or shipping.
