1. Thread fixture wire through stem coupling.
2. Screw fixture to coupling.
3. Thread fixture wire through stem.
4. Screw stem to coupling.
5. Snug threads when fixture is close to desired position.
6. If using ground stake, attach stem to stake and tighten all threads including
set screw to secure fixture angle.
