1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Engagetheparkingbrake.
3.Removeanyattachmentsfromthemachine.
4.Lowertheloaderarmssothattheyareapproximately
20to25cm(8to10inches)abovetheframe.
5.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
6.Raisethemachineoffthegrounduntilyoucanaccess
theinsideofthetrackbeneaththemachine.Support
themachineusingjackstands.

8.Pushthetrackunderandbetweentheroadwheels
(Figure7).
9.Startingatthebottomofthefrontwheel,installthe
trackaroundthewheelbyrotatingthetrackrearward
whilepushingthelugsintothewheel.
10.Usinga1/2inchdriveratchet,turnthetensioning
screwcounter-clockwiseuntilthetensioningscrew
bottomsout(Figure8).

screwcounter-clockwiseuntilthetensionnutaligns
withthethegreensectionofthedecal(Figure9).
3.Aligntheclosestnotchinthetensionscrewtothe
locking-boltholeandsecurethescrewwiththelocking
boltandnut(Figure6).
4.Repeattheprocedurefortheothertrack.
5.Drivethemachine,thenparkthemachineonalevel
surface,engagetheparkingbrake,shutofftheengine,
andremovethekey.
6.Verifythatthetensionnutis1.3cm(1/2inch)away
fromtherearofthetensiontubeslotforbothtracks
(Figure9).Adjustifnecessary.
