Track Alignment Tool
For TX Compact Utility Loaders

Operator's Manual
W henev er y ou c hang e or remo v e a trac k, dri v e
sproc k et, or trac k guide , align the dri v e sproc k et,
trac k guide , and tension wheel using the trac k
alignment tool. Aligning the trac k assembly
will reduce w ear on the trac k and impro v e
perfor mance .
Aligning a Track
1. R emo v e the trac k; refer to the traction unit
Operator’ s Manual for instr uctions .
2. Loosen the 4 trac k guide bolts ( Figure 1 ).
Important: Do not r emo v e the bolts.

3. Place the slot of the alignment tool around a
dri v e sproc k et spacer on the bottom of the
sproc k et ( Figure 1 ) and secure it with the pin
( Figure 2 ).

4. R otate the alignment tool up into the c hannel
in the trac k guide and betw een the tension
wheels ( Figure 2 and Figure 3 ), mo ving the
trac k guide as needed to allo w it to fit into the
c hannel.

5. Tie with a cord or hold the trac k alignment
tool in place and tighten the trac k guide bolts ,
tor quing them to 67 to 83 ft-lb (91 to 112
N m).
6. R emo v e the pin securing the alignment tool
and remo v e the tool.
7. Install the trac k; refer to the traction unit
