1. Failed to connect with WiFi?

A. It only works with 2.4Ghz wifi, not support 5Ghz;

B. Check if the wifi password is correct, which is visible when you

inputting

C. Keep the wifi signal 70% at lease

D. Need mac address: please kindly contact us and provide us

your camera id

Tips:

Reset before add device

Set up the camera until find the best location to get strong wifi

signal, within 33ft of the wifi router

2. PIR detection

A. Please place the camera with 15-30 degree tilt to give the PIR

good angle to detect

B. The distance of PIR detection is 26ft, you could adjust it in the

app

3. Charge

Fully charged with 8 hours under 5V1A/4 hours under 5V/2A
