Desk Bluetooth Adapter Quick Start Guide

This is a Quick Start Guide.
Step 1
The control box must be in one-touch mode for the app to move your desk to saved heights. It will not function properly
when set to constant-touch.
Step 2
There are three QR stickers in the box. These are specic to the Bluetooth adapter they come with. Place one sticker on the
Bluetooth adapter and another where convenient for future reference.
Step 3
Connect the Bluetooth adapter to the control box.
For 1-Leg and 2-Leg Desks and the E7 Electric Desk Converter: Plug the Bluetooth adapter into the port marked
“F” on the narrow end of the control box. You may need to temporarily slide or move the control box to one side to access
the “F” port. The 3-Leg Desk Cable that comes with the Bluetooth adapter is not needed.
2-Leg Control Box
For 3-Leg Desks: Plug the 3-Leg Desk Cable into the auxiliary port on top of the control box. Then, plug the Bluetooth
adapter into the other end of the 3-Leg Desk Cable.
For 4-Leg Desks: Plug the Bluetooth adapter into the port on the long side of the control box. You may need to remove a
rubber plug rst. The 3-Leg Desk Cable that comes with the Bluetooth adapter is not needed.

Download the UPLIFT Desk App.

Accept all permissions when prompted. Depending on your device, some permission requirements include: a Bluetooth
connection so the app can nd and communicate with your desk, location and nearby devices to connect to Bluetooth,
camera to scan the Bluetooth adapter QR code, les and media to save settings and goal progress, etc. Find more details

Tap Connect at the top right corner of the app, then follow the on-screen prompts. If you are having trouble c on nec ti ng
to the desk, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the device is within 30 feet of the desk. See complete

Step 7
For optimal app functionality, set up the app by going through the options on the Settings menu. Start with “Desk type
and work your way down the list.
Step 8
You can track how long you sit and stand and how many transitions you make between the two on the apps Stats screen.
