defectiveunitorpartshavebeenreceived.Oncetheproductisreceived,EliteScreenswillsend
outareplacement*unittothecustomerbygroundservice(subjecttoinventoryavailability).

atyourexpense.TheRMANumbermustbeincludedontheoutsidelabelofyourshipping
box.Ourwarehouseisnotauthorizedtoacceptreturns withoutanRMAnumberonthe
shippinglabel.
• RMANumbersare
validfor45daysfromthedateissued.
• MissingPartsmustbereportedwithin7daysofreceipt.Ifreportedafter7days,thecustomer
willberesponsibleforshippingandhandlingfees.Ifreportedafter30daysofreceipt,the
customerwillberesponsibleforcostofparts
andshipping&handlingfees.
