• RefurbishedUnitscarrya90‐DAYpartsandla
borwarranty.
• Eachpartywillberesponsibleforonewayshippingduringthewarrantyperiod.
• ARMA(ReturnMerchandiseAuthorization)numbermustbeissuedinordertoprocessa
replacementortoauthorizeareturnforwarrantyrepair.EliteScreenswill,atitssoleoption
replaceorrepairth
edefectiveunitwithareplacement*(seeexceptionsbelow)afterthe
defectiveunitorpartshavebeenreceived.Oncetheproductisreceived,EliteScreenswillsend
outareplacement*unittothecustomerbygroundservice(subjecttoinventoryavailability).

atyourexpense.TheRMANumbermustbeincludedontheoutsidelabelofyourshipping
box.OurwarehouseisnotauthorizedtoacceptreturnswithoutanRMAnumberonthe
shippinglabel.

r45daysfromthedateissued.
• MissingPartsmustbereportedwithin 7daysofreceipt.Ifreportedafter7days,thecustomer
willberesponsibleforshippingandhandlingfees.Ifreportedafter30daysofreceipt,the
customerwillberesponsibleforcostofpartsands
hipping&handlingfees.
