Warning: even though the BB-Cure oven is equipped
with an automatic switch off system of the UV LEDs in
case of accidental opening of the door, however,
avoid this practice during the execution of a drying
program. If you need to open the door, pause the
program or stop before opening the device.
Warning: the BB-cure is powered at 220V supply voltage,
so avoid tampering with the equipment in its entirety to
avoid the risk of electric shock. In case of device
malfunction contact qualified assistance.
Warning: BB-Cure utilizes the heat generated by the LEDs
to accelerate the drying process of the resins, The treated
objects and the oven itself may be very hot.

Warning: the safety systems on the BB-Cure are intended
as emergency aids: not groped to tamper in any way

2) Extract the oven from the

Programs
The BB-Cure system has a touchscreen interface
microprocessor controlled and a simple and intuitive
software that allow you to control every aspect of the
drying of your objects in resin process.
Our UV oven has four drying programs: three for
standard use to finalize small products, large, multi
object and a fourth program intended for the castable
resins specifically designed for the jewelery field (in
Jewerly version) and for the dental field (in dental
version of the oven).
All four programs use the controlled emission of many UV
LEDs 405nm very powerful and expediting the effect of heat
due to the temperature control system.
The multiple action of several UV emitters allows the
radiating-ing at 360 ° without having to rotate the piece.

The program - Little is designed for the drying of small objects
that occupy a reduced space of the drying volume. The UV
emission is reduced and the exposure time is 60 minutes. The
temperature curve will reach over 40 ° C program, the program is

The program - Big is designed for the drying of large objects that
occupy a large part of the drying volume. The UV emission is
increased and the exposure time is 90 minutes. The temperature

The program - Multi is designed for the drying of multiple
objects simultaneously, spaced apart and placed on the
supporting plane.
You can occupy the entire available space without overlapping
of objects; the issue should still be consistent and sufficient to
dry all the details introduced. The exposure time for this
program is 120 minutes. The temperature curve will reach

After selecting the program requires startup confirmation with

Pushing GO! the program starts and the LEDs will light

In the lower area of the display are two selectable fields
that allow you to take action on the current program by
putting it in pause or interrupting.

Special programs: Jewelry and Dental
These two dedicated programs have been
specifically designed for the finalization of
the special castable resins used in the
jewelry and dental.
The BB-Cure oven can be requested in the two
versions of Dental Jewerly both intended for
use with particular and specific resins used in
two different areas.
To start the program, just press the
corresponding symbols located on the lower
right.

At this point a particular screen will appear where you can
select the necessary parameters:
- The duration of the program between 10 and 255 minutes
- The maximum temperature of the heating curve
including useful in the range between 40 ° and 60 ° C.
A right of the screen are two hotkeys:
Program annulment: the program does not start
and returns to the stand-by page; (the adjusted data are
not saved).
Program start: It opens the screen with the state of
progress of the program; (The data is saved for later use).
The program status display will indicate:
- the selected program
- The total program time
- The set temperature
- the status of progress of the program.

Alarms:
The oven lid should never be opened during the execution of a
drying program. For this reason there are the pause and stop
buttons on each progress screen.
BB-Cure has still an automatic emergency shutdown
system connected to the oven lid .
in case of accidental opening of the lid, the LEDs stop working,
and an alarm screen will appear similar to the one visible to the
right. Warning! If the LEDs do not go out immediately turn off the
power to the oven and call for service.
BB-Cure also has a protection system for overheating: in case of
excessive temperature increase
the oven will react by blocking any activity, the LEDs will stop working, the
screen will turn white and the cooling system will increase its
effectiveness. Although the system is reversible and self-resetting advise
on alarm to turn off the power and call for service.
