Product Overview
2
The ART-3000 is a fanless embedded system that gives customers
a fast, convenient and simplified solution for various industrial and
embedded applications. The ART-3000 system is based on the Em-
ITX mainboard form factor and powered by VIA Nano 1.3 GHz
processor. The ART-3000 supports high computing power with
fanless operation with low power consumption.
The ART-3000 system supports dual-sided multiple I/O connectors
such as LVDS ports, VGA port, Gigabit Ethernet ports, USB 2.0
ports, audio ports and configurable COM ports. It is also built with
DC power converter accepting DC power inputs of 7 V to 36 V
and supporting both AT and ATX mode. The system has also a
wall-mountable and table mountable feature for easy setup and
maintenance. This embedded-ready platform offers full featured
connectivity and I/O configurations and can accelerate project
design resulting in faster time to market. The dimension of ART-
3000 is 20.7 cm (W) x 5.8 cm (H) x 12.4 cm (D).

The ART-3000 supports four USB 2.0 ports, enabling access
to USB peripherals such as storage subsystems, security ID
devices, card readers, bar code scanners, multifunction
printers and scanners individually dedicated or shared
among users via the network, making the best of USB
device investments.

The ART-3000 is equipped with Dual Gigabit Ethernet, and
four serial ports, including two RS-232 serial ports and two
RS-232/422/485 serial ports, that enable communication
and control at field level for measurement and operator
control of diverse automations, such as Embedded Device
Servers for storage, image printing, medical applications, as
well as security and access control for POI/POS/Kiosk.
