1. What KYOCERA eAppsMaker Offers
KYOCERA eAppsMaker is a web site on which you can create a workflow application easily using
a web browser.
You can easily create an application that will cater to customer’s individual workflows for scan and
send (email, SMB or FTP destinations), copy, and fax. This will simplify user operation by
eliminating the need to set multiple steps. This also improves an organization’s productivity via
task-focused, one-click operations, so daily routine work can be finished quickly.

2. About This Document
This document is for the person who manages Sales Company Accounts. If you want to know the kind
of information RHQ can access to, please refer to Q5 What Kind Of Information Can RHQ Access?
If you want to know the application creation procedures about eAppsMaker, please refer to
“Application Creation Procedures” document.
If you want to know about Partner Account management, please refer to “Partner Account
Management Operating Manual”.
This document takes operations on Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 for examples. Moreover, the
screen images shown in this document may vary depending on the browser or software versions
to be used.
Structure of This Document
This document is composed of five chapters.
Chapter 1 describes the overview on eAppsMaker application.
Chapter 2 describes the target reader and the structure of this document.
Chapter 3 describes the supported environment of eAppsMaker.
Chapter 4 describes the procedure on how to register a new sales company account.
Chapter 5 describes the procedure on how manage sales company account.

4. Registering a Sales Company Account
4-1 Log in
(1) Enter the address of eAppsMaker site in Web browser.
https://ew.kyocera.biz/
(2) Enter the login ID and password after eAppsMaker is shown. If you forgot the login
password, refer to Q1 What Should I Do If I Forget My Password?, to reset your password.
(3) Press the LOGIN button.
(4) You are prompted to change the password at the first login.

(5) The following page is displayed if login is successful:
4-2 Registering a New Sales Company Account
This section describes how to register a new sales company account. After registration, a
member from the sales company can login on the eAppsMaker site using the sales company
account.
(1) Click the Sales Company button on the side bar.
(2) Click the Add a sales company account (+) button.
(3) Enter the sales company's account information.

Select an appropriate company name from the list.

Email address can be used as a login ID.

It is used for first login.
(4) Click the Save button.
(5) A dialog will be displayed. This dialog contains the account information that will be sent to
the email address of the newly registered sales company account. Confirm the contents of
the invitation. You may change the contents if necessary. Then, click the Submit button.
This will send the invitation for eAppsMaker to the email of the sales company account.
The new sales company account registration is completed. The sales company member can now
login to eAppsMaker using the login ID and password specified in the invitation email. (Note that they
will be prompted to change their password after first login)

(1) Click the user name on the top right of the page.
(2) Click the Logout option.
(3) Logout confirmation dialog is displayed. Click Yes button.

(1) Click the Sales Company button on the side bar.
(2) Select a sales company account to edit.
(3) Click the View or edit a sales company account button.
(4) SALES COMPANY DETAILS page is displayed. Press Edit button to modify sales
company’s information.
(5) The Save button allows you to save to save updated account information.

5-3 Delete Sales Company Account
(1) Click the Sales Company button on the side bar.
(2) Select one or more sales company account to be deleted.
(3) Click the Delete sales company accounts button.
(4) Delete confirmation dialog appears. Click Yes button.
If you log in with sales company account, you can delete your own account.
(1) Click the user name on the top right of the page.
(2) Click Delete Account.
(3) A confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click Yes to delete the account.

Sales companies can register partner accounts on eAppsMaker. These partner accounts can
also be edited or deleted. For more information on how to register, edit or delete a partner

Appendix 1: Troubleshooting
Q1 What Should I Do If I Forgot My Password?
A. Click "I forgot my password" link on the Login page and then enter your registered email
address. You will receive a temporary password in your email.
Use the temporary password to login. If the login succeeded, the page shown below is
displayed and you must set a new password.

Q2 What if login fails even with correct Login ID and Password?
A. Possible causes are the following.
If the trouble cannot be solved in spite of the following efforts, please contact SCs.
When you fail to login 3 times in a row
If login failed three times in a row within 5 minutes, the account will be locked. The account
will be unlocked after 15 minutes. Please try to login by entering the correct login ID and
password.
Q3 How Can I Change Display Language?
A. You can change the settings by following the instruction below.
(1) Click the user name on the top right of the page.
(2) Click the Display Language button.
(3) Click the pull-down list to choose a language to be displayed.
(4) Click the Save button. The change is reflected at your next login.

Q4 How Can I Change My Password?
A. RHQ Account User can change the password by following the instruction below. Account
information (User name, Email Address) can’t be changed.
Partner Account User and Sales Company Account User can change account information
(User name, Email Address).
(1) Click the user name on the top right of the page.
(2) Select and click Change Password from the Menu.
(3) Enter the current password and a password to replace with.
(4) Click the Save button. The password is updated.

Q5 What Kind Of Information Can RHQ Access?
A. RHQ can access information from sales companies that it has created. (Please refer to the
diagram below.) For details on information access, please refer to "Security Paper".
