materialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofthree(3)yearsfromthedateofpurchase,butinnoevent

longerthanforty‐eight(48)monthsfromthedateofmanufacture.WaterlogicCommercialProducts,LLC

(“Waterlogic”)basedintheU.S.A.anditsaffiliatedcompaniesarenotliableforanycostofremoval,

installation,transportation,oranyotherchargeswhichmayariseinconnectionwithawarrantyclaim.



Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverdamageorweartoproductscausedbyabnormaloperatingconditions,

accident,abuse,misuse,unauthorizedorimproperalterationorrepair,damagecausedbyorresulting

fromshippingoraccident,damagecausedbyhotwater,freezing,flood,fire,oractsofGod.Theeffects

fromchlorinecorrosion,scaling

andnormalweararespecificallyexcludedfromthiswarranty.This

warrantydoesnotcoverproductsusedoutsidethecountrieswheretheunitwaspurchased,anddoes
