Location
Drilling extra holes in the casing of the unit will immediately invalidate your warranty.
The unit should be mounted away from any possible places where water may puddle during vehicle
operation as the TransVu casing is not watertight.
The unit must be mounted horizontally within the vehicle.
The Multi-pole connector should face the rear of the vehicle
The unit should be mounted on a secure base free from resonance and secondary vibrations using
the mounting plate provided.
A suggested fitment area of 350mm x 380mm x 140mm (13¾” x 15” x 5½” ) is recommended.
Extra space is required around to the plug area to ensure easy removal.
Refer to TransVu Installation guide for more information.
