2 Basic features
2.1 Redial
A redial can be done by pressing the button. With the (arrow button)
you can open a list of last dialed numbers and choose one of the last dial numbers by
scrolling through the list with the and buttons.
2.2 Waiting line
You can hold or resume a call by pressing the button or the soft keys “hold” or
“resume”.
When you have more than 1 call on hold you can switch between calls by using the
arrow keys: and .
2.3 Set up a conference call
Start a conference call:
Start a call from your phone. When one call is active you can press the
button or the soft key “Conf”. The active call is put on hold.
Dial the number of the person you would like to add and press the soft key
“Dial”.
When this second call is active, you can press the Conference button again and
the conference call is active with 3 parties.
To end a conference call, but not hang up the callers, press the soft key “Split”.
Both calls are put on hold and can be resumed separately.
To end a conference call, hang up or press the soft key “End call”.
2.4 Transfer
To transfer a call:
Press the button or the soft key Trnsfer during an active call
Press the number you would like to call (internal or external) and finish with the
“Dial” soft key.
After talking to the second party press the transfer button to complete the
transfer.

2.5 Forward
3 different forwarding options are available: Always, Now answer and Busy. To set up a
forward press the soft key ‘Forward’
Press the soft key ‘select’ or the button to select the correct option:
Always, all incoming calls will be directly forwarded to the configured number:
o To enter a number, edit the ‘contact field
o With the you can erase an existing number and then enter a new
number
o Press the soft key Enable to enable this function.
o Note: When a forward is already set to enabled and you want to change
the number, you first need to disable, then change the number and
enable again.
No answer: This is often set by NDI for all phones, but it is possible to adjust it
per phone. To adjust, follow the steps as mentioned above. Also set the number
of rings in the Forward After Rings field.
Busy: This is often set by NDI for all phones, but it is possible to adjust it per
phone. To adjust, follow the steps as mentioned above.
2.6 Do Not Disturb
You can activate the Do not Disturb option by pressing the button. All
calls will now be handled as if the phone would be busy.
2.7 Call History
With the control keys you can see the call history of your phones:
Received calls: Press to see the list and press to scroll down.
Placed calls: Press to see the list and press to scroll down.
Speed Dials: Press to see the list and press to scroll down.

2.8 Voice Mail
To use the voice mail server, press the button or press “*86”. Then
follow the instruction of the menu of your voice mail in order to listen to voicemail
messages or to adjust your voice mail text.
