Step 1:

Orient the Guide as shown.

(With hook pointing to the Gray monitor harness)

Step 3:

Rotate the Guide 90 degrees and insert between guards.

Step 2:

Insert the Black light harness into the hook of Guide.

Special Tools:

Right Angle Screwdriver

(included in kit)

Step 4:

Rotate the Guide back to original orientation.

Step 5:

Secure the Guide to light trolley with two screws.

Step 7:

Move both trolleys to the Monitor Power box end of the track. Use a Right Angle screwdriver (included)

to loosen cable clamps and adjust the harness set length, then retighten cable clamps.

Note

If harness requires adjustment

the cable clamps holding the light

harness will need loosened.

Equipment Alert

Failure to check and adjust the harness set length may result

in damage to the harness and or track light monitor assembly.

Step 6a:

Move trolley to stop bumpers. Light harness should

extend past trolley but not contact Monitor Power box.

Step 6b:

With trolley against stop bumpers, light harness should not

be tight or pulling against the Guide laterally.
