SPC-250 instructions

1. Thread the 1-1/2 in. check valve into the discharge of your pump.

2. Slide 1-1/4 in. flexible hose on top of the check valve and tighten a hose clamp to ensure there

are no leaks.

o For permanent installation, using PVC Cement attach a 1-1/2 in. PVC slip coupler to the

top of the check valve. Attach the 1-1/2 in. PVC discharge pipe to the PVC slip coupler.

Allow for proper curing time as suggested by the PVC Cement manufacturer.

- Note: use Teflon tape on all threaded connections to prevent leaks.
