• Tank in 304 AISI stainless steel and
bottom 18 mm in thickness.
• Outside panels in 304 AISI stainless
steel.
• Lateral balanced overture of the lid.
• Combustion chamber, flue and
mixer motorization integrated with the
tank.
• The stirring device is designed so
that the brat pan can continue to
operate even when the lid is open.
• Heating regulation with simmostat
and digital timer.
• Water protection IPX5.
• All models comply with the
standards required by the main
international approval bodies and are
H marked.
EASY ON THE ENVIRONMENT
• Stirrer equipped with harmonic steel
arms and teflon blades for greater
durability and more efficient scraping
of the base.
• Disposed for connection to
integrated HACCP system.
GAS MODEL
• Atmospheric burners provide
excellent heat distribution.
• The gas model is equipped with
electronic valve to control the flame
and offer automatic ignition.
ELECTRIC MODEL
• Heating transmission takes place by
irradiation.
