CAUTION
Pinching hazard
Closing the drawer may cause pinching
.
Close the drawer slowly and carefully to avoid pinching your fingers between the
drawers.
Do not bypass security installations.
CAUTION
Incorrect tube position
Incorrect positioning of the sample tubes causes problems set
ting them down during
sorting.
Tubes may tilt and the contents may spill.
Manually check if the sample tubes are completely inserted in the rack. They should
rest against the bottom of the rack.
Use only racks with undamaged spring inserts.
Check the position and the fill level of all trays and tubes.

WARNING
Risk of infection
Sample material and all unit parts
that come into contact with the sample material are
infectious and harmful to health.
Wrong labelling or a sticky tube may cause
the tube to crash into the LLD housing. This
may
cause sample and system contamination.
Always wear gloves when working on the system.
Apply the label as per the instructions in the operator's manual or the user guide.

To load racks on a rack handler
1 Pull out the sliding lock.

2 Take a pin and pull the movable pin bar in direction of the sliding lock.
3 Insert the racks into the rack handler.
a First, insert the rear end of the rack.
b Push the rack onto the pin bar until the bottom of the rack is sitting evenly on the pin
bar.
c Pull the rack in the direction of the sliding lock.

4 Ensure the rack is firmly seated inside the rack handler.
5 Push in the sliding lock.
Make sure the upper part of the sliding lock covers the rack handle.
