PINPad is a simple arming station that allows local control
of the security system. It is battery powered and requires
no installation tools. Many can be installed throughout
the home to provide convenient system control.

Enroll by placing the panel into wireless enrollment mode
and then sending an enrollment signal from the PINPad.
Install using the 3M™ VHB™ tape on the back of the
PINPad to adhere it to a wall.
Operate using the PINPad buttons. The PINPad LED will
blink when a button is activated.
Disarm by entering the 4 digit user code on the number
pad.
Arm Away by pressing the AWAY button until the
PINPad LED ashes red.
Arm Stay by pressing the STAY button until the PINPad
LED ashes red.
Trigger a panic alarm by pressing the STAY & AWAY
buttons together until the red PINPad LED ashes
repeatedly.
Use the panel installation guide to verify proper system setup.

To change the access code, do these steps:
1. Enter current 4-digit access code - the default code
is 1234.
2. Within 4 seconds, press and hold the "1" and "3"
keys simultaneously. After 3 seconds, red LED will
be lit.
3. Enter new 4-digit access code. The green LED will
be lit. Note the new code. (The access code cannot
be reset without the current access code).
Option for sending an Enrollment Signal
• Press both STAY and AWAY buttons
simultaneously
• See Pro Tips for recommendations about
using 3M VHB tape.
• Two #4 or #6 screws may be used instead of,
or in addition to, the 3M VHB tape.
• The mounting plate can also be rotated 180°
for table top use (See Pro Tips).
Pro Tips
3M™ VHB™ Tape works great if the surface is properly prepared and rm pressure is
applied for over 10 seconds.
Surface Preparation
• Clean the surface
• Ensure the mounting surface temperature is above 50 °F
Reversible mounting plate allows for easy use on a wall or table. For table top use,
remove and reverse the mounting plate and install the rubber feet supplied.
To replace the battery insert a screwdriver into the latch slot on either side of the
PINPad and pop the cover off the wall plate. Replace the battery and reinstall the
cover onto the wall plate.
