1. Start by checking the audio jack. Connect your headphones to
another device and check if headphones are working normally.
2. Check Sound Settings
Laptop could detect your headphones while it is using another
device for audio output. Follow these steps to select your
headphone as the default sound output device:
Press Windows key + I to access Settings, then head to System.
From the left-hand menu, select Sound.
Under Output, use the drop-down menu to select your headphones
as the output device.
Solution:

3. Windows 10 might not be able to detect your headphones
because of an outdated or corrupt driver. Please update driver.
4. Turn Off Audio Enhancements
Some sound cards dont function properly if Windows sound
enhancements are enabled. Here is how you turn Windows sound
enhancements off:
Right-click on the volume icon on the taskbar and then click Sound to
open the Sound dialog.
Select your headphones and click Properties.
Open the Advanced tab and uncheck Enable audio enhancements.
Click Apply > OK to save the changes.

Can not connect mic and audio
into my laptop at the same time
Please confirm whether there are two audio jacks on the
computer, one which has a mic on it and one which has
headphones on it. If so, please connect to your laptop via
another dual 3.5mm audio cables in the box.
Adaptation equipment
1. Please confirm whether your music is unilateral.
2. Please make sure that the audio cable is plugged in properly.
Confirmation method:
1. If connected to a computer, find the sound settings and
see if it is mono out.
2. Try to play different songs with ordinary music
application.
3. Try to play the same music with another headphone.
3. Clean the dust or impurity of the plug.
