On-site installation guide purpose

Use this On-Site Installation Guide (OSIG) to assess the customer site and to congure and prepare the printer, or

printers, for installation by identifying all required site information. Address any issues in advance to make sure

HP recommends that the customer (or, if needed, the site technician) answer all of the informational forms

questions and complete the checklist forms in this OSIG. These questions and checklist forms help prevent a

disappointing customer experience. Installing the printer without the information these questions and checklists

provide is not recommended.

If the customer declines to provide this information, the technician must inform them of the printer delivery and

installation consequences that might impact the process. It is critical to validate that the installation site
