WARNING AND CAUTIONS
1. When you clean the TV set, please
pull out the power plug from AC outlet.
Or may result in electric shock, fire or
damage to the TV set. Don't clean the
cabinet and the screen with benzene,
petrol and other chemicals.

Antenna connection
Connect an antenna to the antenna socket on
the TV set, we recommend using a Cable TV
system for better picture and audio quality.
1.If you use a coaxial cable(75 ),insert the
antenna plug (see figure C) into 75 socket
(see figure A).
2.If you use a twin-lead cable(300 ),please
shape the cable as figure D, and connect the
leads to antenna adapter and then insert the
antenna adapter into the 75 socket (see
figure B).
Power source wire connection
Insert the power plug into AC outlet.
Install and replace batteries of the
remote control unit:
1.Place the remote control unit with the face
down, then open the battery cover of the
unit.
2.Place the two"AA"size batteries, matching
the + and - signs on each battery to the +
and -signs of the battery compartment.
3.Close the cover of the battery compartment.
NOTE:
(1)Don't drop or wet or dismantle the unit.
(2)If you don't intend to use the unit for a
long period or the electricity of the
batteries is used up, remove the batteries
to prevent batteries acid from leaking
into the battery compartment.
(3)Replace the two old batteries at the
same time.
(4)Don't use charge battery (Ni-cd )and
don't mix battery type.
(5)Don't throw your batteries into a fire.
Dispose of your batteries in a required
place.

Power supply (switch on/off to set main power supply).
1.Press power switch button to switch on AC power supply. The red power
indicator will light.
2. Press the power switch button on the remote controller to enter normal
receiving condition when the TV set is in standby condition.
There are Auto-search, Semi-Auto search and
Fine tuning method.
Auto-search
1.Press [MENU] button to let TUNING menu display
on the screen, then press [-CH+] buttons to select
AUTO MEMORY.
2. Press [VOL+] button to make the AUTO
MEMORY mode work, the TV set will begin to
search programs from program number 0.
After the search is finished, program number
0 will display on the screen.
Note: During auto-search, if you want to stop
searching, press [VOL-] button.

3.Press [-VOL+] buttons to start searching.
Search
1.Press [-CH+] buttons or numeric button (0~9) to
select the channel number you need.
(For example: channel 1).
2.
Then press [-CH+]
buttons to select SEARCH item.
[VOL+] button is to search the program from
low FC. [VOL-] button is to search the program
from high FC. Repeat above procedure until
you find the channel you need.
4.When you intend to memory another channel in
another position, press [-CH+] buttons to select
POSITION, and use [-VOL+] buttons to select a
number you need, then press [-CH+] buttons to
select SEARCH, and repeat forth procedure.

Skip
After pre-tuning the channel, you can skip the
channel you do not need in order to only select
the channel you want to watch.
1.Press [-CH+] buttons or numeric button(0~9) to
select the channel number skipped(for example:
channel 1).
2.Press [MENU] button to let TUNING menu
display on the screen, then press [-CH+]
buttons to select SKIP item.
3.Press [-VOL+] buttons to set SKIP ON mode.
4.Press [DISPLAY] button to shut off the menu.
The channel number will be skipped when
you use[-CH+] buttons to select channels.
But you can still use numeric button to select
the channel number skipped.
Note:
1.You can use the numeric button to select
the channel number that need recover.
2.Press [MENU] button to let the TUNING
menu appear on the screen, then press
[-CH+] buttons to select SKIP.
3.Press [-VOL+] buttons to set SKIP OFF
mode.

TUNING PROCEDURE
Fine tuning
Because of some reasons, if auto searching effect of program
isn't good, please fine tune your TV set.
1.Press [-CH+] buttons or numeric button(0~9)
to select the channel number that need to fine
tune.( For example: channel1)
3.Press and hold [-VOL +] buttons until the effects
of the picture and audio are good.
2.Press [MENU] button to let main menu display on
the screen, then press [-CH+] buttons to select
MFT item.
[VOL -] button is to search program from high FC.
[VOL+] button is to search program from low FC.

Picture mode selection
You can select the picture mode you need
quickly in five preset modes and a user's
personal set.
Press [ P.STD] button to select the picture
quality you need. There are six picture modes
you can select in turn.
DYNAMIC, STANDARD, MILD, MEMORY,
PICTURE MUTE and COLOR MUTE.

Note: If the picture in PICTURE MUTE or COLOR MUTE
status, the TV set will recover to DYNAMIC
status when restart.

Sound mode selection
You can select the sound mode you need from
three modes quickly.
Press [S.STD] button to select the sound quality
you need. There are THEATER, NEWS, MUSIC,
PERSONAL to select in turn.
Volume set function
You can adjust the volume to your preset value
quickly(for example: BASS, TREBLE, BALANCE)
1.Press [MENU] button to let SOUND menu
display on the screen.
2.Press [-CH+] buttons to select BASS item,
then press [-VOL+] buttons to adjust to your
expect effect. You can adjust the parameters
of TREBLE,BALANCE by using the same way.

There is soft exchange function in this TV set, when you set this function is
ON and exchange channels, the picture will fade in/fade out to protect
your eyes.
1.Press [MENU] button to let FUNCTION menu
display on the screen.
2.Press [-CH+] buttons to select S.C.C item, then
press [-VOL+] buttons to set the S.C.C ON/OFF.
COUNT
This TV set provides COUNT function, if you want to know count, you can
press MENU button to enter FUNCTION menu to see the time your use.
(Restart time from 0 after 100000 hours).
The time is the total time your watch(no time in standby status), the value
is not be adjusted through remote controller or the buttons of this TV set.
MUTE function
When you need pay attention to the surround sound or answer the telephone
or the guest to visit, using mute function will be
convenient.
1.Press [ ] button on the remote controller, the( )
will appear at the bottom of the screen, at this time
the sound will be shut off.
2.If you want to recover the sound, you can press the
[ ] button again or press the [-VOL+] buttons
directly.

Off timer function
When you use OFF TIMER function, you can make the TV set switch to the
standby status in that the appointing timer is
coming.
1.Press
[MENU] button to let the TIMER menu
display on the screen.
2.Press [-CH+] buttons to select OFF TIMER item,
then press [-VOL+] buttons repeatedly to set
ON-TIMER to ONCE or EVERY or OFF.
3.Press [-CH+] buttons to select the next item,
at this time, you can set the off time by pressing
[-VOL+] buttons.
4.Press [-CH+] buttons to select CLOCK item,
then you can set the current time by pressing
[-VOL+] buttons.( on timer/off timer take this
clock as standard )

TIME FUNCTION
Sleep timer function
Using the sleep timer function, the TV set can switch to the standby status
automatically when the TV set restarts after an appointing certain time.
1.The sleep timer can be set 120 minutes longest, and it can
change every 10 minutes unit, there are 12 off timer
in all.
2.Press[ ] button, the bottom of the
screen will display the right figure cycle.
On timer function
Using ON TIMER function in the standby status, the TV set can connect
power supply and broadcast the appointing channel number automatically
when the appointing time is coming.
1.Press [MENU] button to let the TIMER menu appear
on the screen.
2.Press[-CH+] buttons to select ON TIMER item,
then press [-VOL+] buttons repeatedly to set
the ON TIMER to OFF or ONCE or EVERY .
3.Press[-CH+] buttons to select next item. At this
time, press [-VOL+] buttons to set ON TIMER
(the method is the same as OFF TIMER).
4.Press[-CH+] buttons to select POS 0 item, then
press [-VOL+] buttons to set ON/OFF TIMER
channel number(for example 5).
5.Press[-CH+] buttons to select CLOCK item, then
press [-VOL+] buttons to set the current time(the
method is the same as OFF TIMER, ON/OFF
TIMER takes this clock as standard).

TIME FUNCTION
Appointing program
1.Press [MENU] button to let the TIMER menu display
on the screen.
2. Press [-CH+] buttons to select CLOCK item,
then press [-VOL+] buttons to set the current
time( themethod is the same as OFF TIMER,
APPOINTMENT takes this clock as standard).
3.Press [-CH+] button to select the APPOINTMENT
item. Then press [ VOL+/-] buttons to enter
APPOINTMENT sub-menu.
4.Press [-VOL+] buttons to set the POS.
you need( for example:100).
5.Press [CH-] button to enter TIME item. Then
press [-VOL+] buttons to set the time. Pressing
[-VOL+] buttons, the time will change with 1
minute unit. Pressing and holding [-VOL+] buttons,
the time will change with 10 minutes unit.
6.Press [CH-] button and repeatedly the fourth and
fifth to set the next POS.
7.Press [DISPLAY] button to exit the [TIMER] menu.
When the time is coming, the TV set will
switch to the channel number you appointed
automatically.
The APPOINTMENT is only valid in ON
TIMER status, it is invalid in AC or DC standby
status.

SETTING FUNCTION
Language selection
1.Press [MENU] button to let the FUNCTION menu
display on the screen.
2. Press [-CH+] buttons to select LANG. Item,
then press [-VOL+] buttons to select language,
the character will display with the change of
language.( There is only English in this
set)
Screen projection function
When the background function is activated and the
TV set receive no signal, the screen will change
into the right figure.
1.Press [MENU] button to let the PICTURE menu
display on the screen.
2.Press [-CH+] button to select the B.B item,
then press [ VOL+/-] buttons to set the B.B
ON.

Stage curtain for open and close effect
There are three different method of stage curtain for open and close effect, you
can select according to your need.
1.Press [MENU] button to let FUNCTION menu display
on the screen.
2. Press [-CH+] buttons to select CURTAIN item,
then press [-VOL+] buttons to select one of I, II
or III.
I: stage curtain for open and close effect
II: fade in/fade out
III: mix stage curtain for open and close effect
Calendar function
The calendar of this TV set stores the years from 1901year to
2050 year.
1.Press [CALENDAR] button on the remote controller
the calendar will be displayed on the screen(pressing
it again, you can cancel the on-screen display).
2.Press [-CH+] buttons to adjust year, press [-VOL+]
buttons to adjust month.
