Read the instrucons completely before beginning installaon. Before ghtening bolts,
drilling or cung where required, check to make sure there are no obstrucons such as
brake, fuel or electrical lines which may be damaged. Also keep in mind this is an aer-
market product and MAY require minor shimming and/or trimming, reaming, etc. for
proper t. Road Armor is not responsible for any damages to vehicle.

1 Remove 8 plasc clips from each inner wheel well.
NOTE **If you are installing Road Armor Fender Flares skip STEP 2**
2 MARK, CUT and REMOVE plasc OEM LINER as shown below. (KEEPING STOCK FENDERS)
3 Remove rear fender assembly by rmly pulling on one end of fender unl all 12 clips “pop o”.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
1 Cut out each kit DRIVER AND PSG SIDE TEMPLATES (4 pcs) found at the end of instrucons. Cut out
hole without “crosshairs”. Align TEMPLATES with exisng fender holes and fender well edge.
2 Aer TEMPLATES are secured with tape, center punch and drill 3 holes to 3/8” (RED ARROWS)
3 Drill 5 exisng holes to 3/8” as shown with BLUE ARROWS.

1 REMOVE PROTECTIVE FILM.
2 Assemble REAR FENDER LINER using 9 - 5/16” BOLTS
& FLANGE NUTS as shown below.
3 Assemble LOGO PLATE using 4 - #10-24 BOLTS &
FLANGE NUTS as shown below.

5 Placement of both FLANGE NUT
COVERS shown with BLUE indicators.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
1 Install JL FENDER LINER behind Jeep fender well and secure using 11 - 5/16” HARDWARE.

2 Install two NUT COVER PLATES shown in locaon above. (Between inner seam and 5/16” nuts.)
3 Install ROAD ARMOR FENDER FLARE at this me or OEM rear fender are.
