Contactor for Boiler Heater in UW, HT and PW
Subject

Front Loading (LU7 / WTU40), Hood Type medium capacity (LS9 / WT55),
Hood Type high capacity with 9 kW boiler power (WT65 / Ecotemp12) and
Manual Pot & Pan Washer (PW1M-2M / WT830M-850) ranges.
Problem
Stuck main board relays for boiler heater.
Reason
The current load has exceeded the maximum allowed current load (16 A).
This usually happens when the voltage supply for the machine is higher than
specified (e.g. three-phase 400 V +10% = 440 V or single-phase 230 V +10%
= 253V).
Actions in

Since serial number 73100001 we have introduced a contactor between main
board and boiler heater. Therefore the electrical wiring harnesses change as
follow:

There’s not an additional contactor in Pot & Pan Washer.
The boiler heater is connected to one of two contactors that is not longer
needed for the tank heater (the tank heater has internal thermo-fuse so it does
not need double contactor):

Apart from Pot & Pan Washer, the additional contactor can be retrofitted only
with the new electrical wiring harness.
